But you don’t know why and so stoicism is taking various things in your life your your intelligence, your wisdom your ability to critically think and say okay let me start analyzing Why do I feel this way? How did I get in this place and then you can go so far as to say what will it get me out of this place, but you can also take it a step deeper and say to yourself all right now what is sadness to me? What what what defines sadness to me? What is it that I find that that I’m thinking about when I think about sadness or anything else and you start going down these let it’s very hard to explain. I think this article does a good job of it, but you start going down layers and stripping away until you find the core of who you. Are it’s a difficult challenge? It’s it’s not easy to do and not everybody can do it, but those that can kind of get this down and ironed out and start with thinking this way will have a much better life. You’ll often times hear quotes from some of the Stoics and you say wow that’s really deep but again it has layers underneath there and I’m hoping that that this will help you address maybe your frustrations your sadness your anger and when you can work through these things, you can find ways to remove them from your life and once you’ve removed them from your life.
