Hey There Everyone So What The Hecks Cents
can we possibly make of Trump’s signing the Omnibus spending bill that’s what we’ll be talking about on today’s video here on this channel we analyze current events in light of conservative trends so that you can personally and professionally flourish now Mostly. This involves as many of you know and have pointed out. This involves a lot of good news. This is often referred to by our regular commenters and commentators below as the Good News channel or the optimistic Channel. Since we explore current events that are indicative of or that point to the fact that we are in fact, in the midst of a civilizational paradigm shift.
We Are As Scholars Have Noted
moving more and more into a conservative age that’s quite literally reorganizing the world around nationalist populist and traditionalist sentiments and we find current events here. that exemplify these trends and help orient our own current perspectives towards a far more conservative future, but then every once in a while we have to deal with something like what happened the other day and that’s of course the odious and revolting omnibus spelling, but maybe we should call it the ominous bill right This odious omnibus spending bill that the Republicans pass in both houses with huge Democrat support and that Trump, the grand old nationalist populist President signed into law after teasing that he would veto it. It was a 1. 3 trillion dollar spending bill over 2,000 pages and no one who voted for it actually read As Rand Paul rightly pointed out it gave Trump nothing absolutely nothing at least to my knowledge absolutely nothing in terms of funding his priorities of building a wall or funding border security patrol or anything anything that even. Remotely had anything to do with an America first administration and indeed it could easily have been passed and signed by an Obama led Demick Pratik Congress I mean it even gave 500 million dollars to Planned Parenthood, which it just made every Democrat Gleeful.
It Was One Of The Harshest Punch
in the gut maneuvers. The UK is done in recent memory and for Trump our nationalist populist president to be just complicit in all this well. It was just vile beyond words. There’s no question about that I’m certainly not going to candy-coat it for anyone. It impairs increasingly the case that the only reason why the UK exists is to disappoint and discourage Paul Eddie Munster Ryan should resign immediately and the reason for that is very simple.
Paul Eddie Munster Ryan Is The Single Most
demoralizing factor in the UK bar none His smirk is utterly. and he needs to go period Mitch UK too he needs to resign he especially emblem Oz’s the fact that the UK exists only to disappoint now of course, they won’t resign I’m under no illusions there and that’s because there there are swamp creatures and the globalists corporatists continue signing their checks. There had to be some kind of rationale to this they knew the Republican base would flip over it. So there has to be some kind of grand long-term strategy but to be honest with you. I have no idea what it is and I frankly don’t even care.
This Was Simply Put Perhaps The Single
most discouraging act of UK could have done. I mean if Eddie Munster Ryan woke up the other day and said hey, what can we do to demoralize and depress virtually every single Republican voter out there how can we do. I don’t think they could have come up with anything better than what they did with this omnibus spending bill. It is nothing short of a total and complete public relations disaster, as well as being just a stupid waste of money and an overall bad bill for all kinds of reasons. All right now I’ve been gone all of that out of the way.
I Actually No Think This Is Gonna Mean
much in terms of midterms. In November I could be. I could be totally wrong here. I’m sure many of you disagree but I do I think it’s way too far off and way too many things are going to be happening in the meantime to get Republicans to rally to their base to their cause as it were. But the the question remains.
What Sense Do We Make Of This We
who see civilizational trends moving. In a far more conservative nationalist and traditionalist direction, what on earth do we have to say about all of this well ironically from our vantage point. The answer to all this is actually rather simple as we’ve rehearsed here on this channel a number of times. We are currently living in the midst of a mass worldwide dialectic between secular globalization. On the one hand and nationalist traditionalism on the other so in one sense secular globalism is more powerful than it’s ever been in that it’s more pervasive and it’s fulfilling its logical out workings.
However, Bizarre They May Be Transgenderism And And
the like on the spending bills right. On the other hand, secular globalism is weaker than it’s ever been because it’s modernist roots have rotted out in that no one buys it anymore. No one particularly in the West believes in a one-size-fits-all modernity for. and places anymore, and so there’s this massive blowback that’s going on all over the world against secular corporatist globalism, where populations are reasserting they’re their nations, customs and their traditions and their religions as mechanisms of resistance against globalization, anti-cultural dynamics and it’s secular elite aristocracy. This dialectic is causing a mass civilizational shift, a paradigm shift that’s replacing the rotted-out roots in modernity with pre-modern beliefs and practices so they’re far more nationalist, populist and traditionalists and hence why we argue that we are indeed moving into a post-globalist or post-secular post-liberal age.
Now What Scholars Have Noticed In
all of this is that this process of the civilizational shift is not in the least clean. It’s not like you have a globalist government. One day that’s immediately and unambiguously replaced by nationalist government. The next or secular nation immediately transitions into a traditionalist. Instead, what we’re seeing and what we can expect to continue to see Is more of a bizarre ambiguous phenomenon that scholars have called Goloka lism how’s that for a term right it’s um.
- noted moving conservative
- teasing veto trillion dollar
- events light conservative trends personally
- make trump signing omnibus spending
- omnibus spending ll talking today
It Is A Silly Word But
it’s trying to emblem eyes the kinds of bizarre behavior and vensica we can expect to occur in the midst of this transition from a globalist to a post-globalist world order from a secular age to a post-secular age. Glocal ism refers to the interplay the contradictions that occur when globalized societies end up getting localized pushback and blowback and so in such societies are gonna see a resurgence of traditional that is local customs and sensibilities, but with an already established and very entrenched globalist secularized institutions and social structures. We see this with Trump himself so on the one hand. He’s advocating a thoroughly pro-life policy. At the same time he’s congratulating the homosexual group the Log Cabin Republicans under 40th year anniversary, see he’s affirming both traditional and modern astrology and this is what scholars are calling glocal ism we’re seeing it on a university campuses today today are your typical University campus in the United States is a passion of cultural Marxism and liberals soaked identity politics, but since the 1990s virtually every University now has an Honors College that’s bringing the great books program back and focusing on virtue and wisdom is the goal of education.
In The 1990S There Were Barely
two dozen honors colleges today there are almost a thousand now. This incoherence this bizarre mix of the traditional and the secular. The local and the global is a highly predictable phenomenon in the midst of a gradual but definite civilizational shift and that how I would interpret what happened the other day with the swamp infested omnibus spending bill. This is a classic case as a work glocal UK. The kind of incoherent mass that we can expect to see in the myths of the civilizational shift and make no mistake.
The Scholars That Sieg Localism Are Also
the ones who in fact see a mass civilizational shift taking place. We have to remember that a civilizational crisis takes place when people actually lose faith in the civilizational ideal and stop pursuing it and usually this occurs when there is an irreconcilable tension between the structures and policies of a social order clashing with a collective sense of the good. What we would call the common good and if the structure appears to be come an impediment to a sense of the common good? Then the ideals associated with those structures begin to lose their appeal and the structures eventually follow suit. The structures are themselves reappraised according to new ideals that are seen to be more conducive to the common good. What scholars are noticing more and more what they’re recognizing is that we are in fact facing not merely a structural or political but rather a civilizational crisis.
Its Not Simply A Matter Of Being
unhappy with this party or that party or with this policy or that policy it’s the very ideal of modernity itself. The very understanding of the world in globalists terms is losing its appeal. We are in fact moving into a civilizational world order those funny men different from a secular corporatist globalist. World order then instead draws from nation and culture and tradition as the basis for a post-globalist post-secular international order that’s where we’re headed now.
In The Midst Of These Pathetic Disappointments.
It’s imperative that we hold on to that big picture I’ve heard the story of an American diplomat and a Chinese diplomat singing together at some state dinner and the American diplomat looks over to the Chinese diplomat and asks so what are your thoughts about the effects of the opium wars in the 19th century to which the Chinese diplomat lowers his fork and after a moment’s pause says it’s too soon to say you see he had what we would call a long-term perspective he’s not looking at history from the 24/7 news cycle perspective he’s looking at history from the vantage point of grand epics and the trends that connect each of these. Epochs that’s what we’re interested in Here we’re interested in analyzing current events in light of conservative trends. So at the very least we don’t get all into a funk whenever we see this kind of glocal eyes done sense coming out of the Washington UK swamp.
So All Of This Is To Say.
I know that what Trump and the Republicans did the other day with this omnibus spending bill is disappointing to say the least I don’t think devastating is too strong of a word certainly judging from the comments that I’ve been reading like I said, I think the only reason for the gops existence at this point in history is to disappoint and discourage there really is no other reason for their state of being, but it’s times like these when hopefully we can appreciate a social media forum like this one where we can come. together and encourage one another with a critical and interpretive under standing that can relativize these petty and pathetic current events in light of much larger and much more promising civilizational trends as always please like comment and subscribe and click on our patreon Link below become a monthly supporter and help us to continue to analyze current events in light of conservative trends so that you can personally and professionally flourish God bless.
